CONTRIBUTING PHOTOGRAPHERS & WRITERS

PHOTOGRAPHER: Allen Barol

The Tredyffrin Historic Preservation Trust is pleased to announce that Allen Barol has agreed to volunteer as the 'official' Trust photographer. Allen will attend lectures, events, etc. for the Trust. In addition, Allen will be photographing Tredyffrin's historic resources including barns, churches, spring houses, homes, etc. Look for his photos in the website and also on Trust emails.

Brief Biography:

Allen has lived in Chesterbrook (Mountainview)since 1999; previously lived in Havertown, Center City Philadelphia and San Francisco. He has photographed most his life; particularly enjoyes architectural photography with a preference for Victorian and Egyptian Revival styles. Allen's other interests inlcude WWII militaria, music (mostly jazz & classical), history (20th century, Baroque & Renaissance art/music/architecture, Antiquity), reading, exploring cities, hiking, kayaking, antiques, and the German language. Allen has been employed as a computer technician since 1974, working for Boeing Computer Services, Campbell Soup Company and currently Lyondell Chemical Company.
